Your Questions Answered

Yoga is a ancient practice that aims to create union between body, mind, and spirit. The yoga practice includes breath control, specific body postures, and meditation. It can be modified for any age or fitness level.

Hot yoga is a type of yoga practice that takes place in a heated, humid studio/room. The temperature is typically 85-95 degrees. The use of heat and humidity increases sweating, detoxification, and flexibility, and deepens stretching and circulation.

Yoga is available to anyone and everyone. Depending on your fitness level, you get to choose the yoga that fits you best. Also, not everyday is a push day! Yoga can also be a nice way to slow things down and focus more on your breath. We encourage our students to be mindful of how your body is feeling everyday.

It's best to invest in your own mat for hygienic reasons. During class, we utilize our mat for our own space. We want everyone to feel comfortable and have peace of mind that it is only you that uses the mat.
