QiYoga blends yoga flow, qi gong, breathwork, and tapping to build inner heat, move circulation, and restore balance in the body and nervous system.

Rooted in yoga, qi gong, and acupuncture principles, this class combines flowing movement, breath, and somatic practices to release tension, support vitality, and awaken the body’s natural energy.
